BrightLine Displays: A Brand Spotlight on Backlit Light Box Exhibits
If you want your booth to glow from across the hall, BrightLine displays are one of the easiest ways to get there. BrightLine is a line of backlit light box displays with LED lights built right into a lightweight aluminum frame and bright fabric graphics stretched across the front. You get the look of a custom lit exhibit in a system that one person can set up without tools.
BrightLine is also the biggest display line we carry at Indy Displays. In this brand spotlight, we will cover what BrightLine is, what makes it different, and how to choose the right BrightLine light box, kit, kiosk, or island booth for your next show. Every product below is available through Indy Displays with custom printed graphics.
What Is BrightLine?
BrightLine is a modular light box system. Each panel is an aluminum frame with LED edge lighting sealed inside it, so the lights are protected when the display travels. A fabric graphic with a silicone edge pushes into a groove around the frame, and the LEDs light it from behind.
- Lots of shapes and sizes. The BrightLine collection includes fifteen panel sizes, from narrow banners to full 10 foot walls, plus angled, arched, and “waterfall” shapes. Panels mix and match to fit almost any space.
- Recycled fabric graphics. BrightLine graphics are printed in the USA on One Planet fabric, which is made from 100% post-consumer recycled material (plastic bottles). A single 5 foot wide Panel A graphic, for example, uses 42 recycled bottles.
- Works with other lines. BrightLine panels connect with StraightLine and WaveLine displays using tool-free connectors, so you can mix lit and non-lit panels in the same booth.
What Makes BrightLine Displays Different
Plenty of backlit displays look great in a showroom. BrightLine was built for the people who actually set them up and ship them. Here is what exhibitors notice most:
- Tool-free setup. Frame pieces slide together by hand, and magnetic power links connect the lights between sections. No tools and no loose wiring to sort out.
- LEDs built into the frame. The lights are sealed inside the aluminum frame, so there are no light strips to install or break in transit.
- Organized shipping cases. Each display packs into a hard rolling case with molded foam inserts, so every part has its own spot.
- Single or double-sided. Most panels can carry a graphic on one side with a light blocker on the back, or graphics on both sides for displays that face two aisles.
- Easy graphic changes. When your message changes, you only reprint the fabric. The fabric folds without creasing and slides back into the same frame.
- Floating TV mounts. BrightLine offers TV mounts that attach to the panels, so your screen looks like it is floating on a glowing wall.
The BrightLine Lineup at Indy Displays
BrightLine Single Panels and 10 Foot Backwalls
A single BrightLine panel can work as a lit banner, a backwall, or a piece of a bigger booth.
- BrightLine 2000F Illuminated Display: The classic BrightLine 10 foot backwall panel, with a 4 inch aluminum frame, built-in LEDs, and a wheeled case.
- BrightLine 10 x 8 “F” SEG Display: A 118″W x 89″H lit wall that fills a 10 foot booth, with three swivel feet for stability.
- BrightLine 8 x 8 “P” SEG Display: A slightly narrower 96″W x 89″H panel that leaves room for a counter or banner beside it.
- BrightLine 10-AA and BrightLine 10-EK: Angled and 5 foot wide panels that work alone or as accents next to a larger wall.
BrightLine 10 Foot Modular Kits
These kits combine two or three BrightLine panels into a finished 10 foot booth with more depth and shape than a single flat wall.
- BrightLine 10-DJD and 10-DDM: Multi-panel walls built around BrightLine 2000D panels.
- BrightLine 10-JM and 10-JVJ: Layered layouts that mix panel heights for a more dimensional look.
- BrightLine 10-F-Waterfall and 10-MerchM: Designs with shelving for showing products, not just graphics.

BrightLine Kiosks and TV Kits
- BrightLine Backlit Kiosk Display Kits: Three kiosk options built on the B3 panel: a shelving kiosk, a monitor and shelving kiosk, and a merchandising kiosk with waterfall shelves. Each ships in a wheeled case.
- BrightLine BLM-TV-36-K and BrightLine B3-K-TV: A lit B3 banner with a TV mount for a “floating screen” look. Great for product videos and demos.
BrightLine 10 x 20 Kits
For a 20 foot inline booth, BrightLine 10 x 20 kits combine several panels into one long, lit backwall. Popular layouts include the BLM-20-AFA, BLM-20-EVE, BLM-20-JWJ, and 20-W2-DD. Each name tells you which panels are in the kit, so the letters make it easy to compare.
Browse all of them in our 10 x 20 BrightLine displays collection.
BrightLine 20 x 20 Island Booths
BrightLine island kits use lit panels, StraightLine walls, counters, TV mounts, and hanging signs to fill a 20 x 20 space and be seen from every aisle.
- BrightLine 20 x 20 Island Display Kit 1: A central BrightLine V panel, two semi-private meeting areas with TV mounts, two BrightLine counters, and a 10 foot square hanging sign.
- BrightLine 20 x 20 Island Display Kit 3: An illuminated arch, backlit counters, TV mounts, and waterfall shelving.

Building a Booth with BrightLine
Because every BrightLine panel uses the same frame system, it is easy to start small and add on later. Here are three common ways exhibitors build out their space:
- The bright starter booth. Use a 10 x 8 “F” backwall in a 10 x 10 space and add a backlit counter up front.
- The demo booth. Pair a 10 foot BrightLine wall with a TV kit or a monitor kiosk so you can run product videos all day.
- Grow into a 20. Some BrightLine kits can be set up as one 20 foot exhibit or as two separate 10 foot booths, which is handy if your show sizes change during the year.

BrightLine Displays FAQ
Do BrightLine displays need tools to set up?
No. BrightLine frames slide together by hand, the lights connect with magnetic power links, and the fabric graphic pushes into the frame. Larger kits take longer simply because there are more panels, but no tools are needed.
Are BrightLine graphics eco-friendly?
Yes. BrightLine graphics and light blockers are printed on One Planet fabric, which is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The frames are reusable, so you only reprint the fabric when your message changes.
Can BrightLine graphics be printed on both sides?
Yes. Most BrightLine panels can be single-sided, with a light blocker on the back, or double-sided with a graphic on each side. Double-sided works well for kiosks, island booths, and corner spaces.
Can I add to my BrightLine display later?
Yes. BrightLine panels connect to each other and to StraightLine and WaveLine panels, so you can add a panel, a counter, a TV mount, or shelving as your booth grows.
Does Indy Displays print the graphics?
Yes. Every BrightLine display from Indy Displays comes with custom printed graphics. Need help with artwork? See our graphic guidelines.
